§ 32.07 APPROPRIATION.
   The City Commissioners shall, in its annual appropriation, appropriate such amounts as it may deem necessary for the purpose of maintaining such Fire Department, including equipment, ladders, trucks, hoses and other apparatus, and providing such necessary articles of clothing as it may deem necessary for the members of said Department.
