§ 32.05 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
   The officers shall be nominated by the active members of the Fire Department and elected by a majority of members present at the annual meeting of the Fire Department on the first Monday in January of each year; the names of such officers shall be reported to the City Commissioners and confirmed by it.
