The revised subdidvision regulations ordinance, providing for the regulation of the subdivision of land within the city and in the extraterritorial area described in the city’s major street plan, under the authority of SDCL Chapters 11-3, 11-4 and 11-6, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
