§ 153.08 PROHIBITED TREES AND BUSHES.
   (A)   No person shall transport raw wood from any variation of Genus Fraxinus, commonly known as ash, from Memorial Day to Labor Day without a permit from the Public Works Director.
   (B)   No person shall plant, or allow to be planted, any variation of Genus Fraxinus, commonly known as ash, on any property.
