§ 153.06 NOTICE TO ABATE.
   The city shall have the authority to give written notice to the landowner of any owner violating the provisions of this chapter and set a reasonable time to come into compliance. If the address of the owner is unknown or the owner cannot be found, notice shall be posted on the property.
