§ 153.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOULEVARD or PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. The property between the lot line or edge of sidewalk to the curb or edge of the street or alley.
