§ 152.059 PERMISSION OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   No moving license granted by the city shall authorize the holder thereof to break, injure or move any telephone, electric light, power or cable TV wire or pole, or to cut, trim or otherwise interfere with any property without the written permission of the owner or owners thereof.
