§ 31.40 MEETINGS.
   Board meetings shall be held at such times as the Recreation Board may determine necessary, but shall be no less than two times annually. At least a quorum of members shall be necessary to conduct a meeting. In such event that only three members are present, any decisions made shall require a unanimous vote.
