§ 150.04 TERRITORIAL EXTENT.
   The City Commissioners and City Planning Commission shall exercise the comprehensive planning and zoning powers granted in SDCL Chapters 11-4 and 11-6 and acts amendatory thereof within the corporate limits of the city.
