§ 130.36 RESPONSIBILITY OF OFFICERS.
   It shall be the duty of any law enforcement officer of the city to arrest and detain any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter and to keep such person detained until his or her parents, guardian or person in control will appear before such officer or other authorized personnel to answer to the charge of having violated this subchapter.
