§ 30.20 MAYOR’S DUTIES IN MEETINGS.
   The Mayor shall preserve strict order and decorum at all regular and special meetings of the Commissioners. He or she shall state every question coming before the Commissioners, announce the decision of the Commissioners on all subjects and decide all questions of order, subject, however, to an appeal to the Commissioners; in which event, a majority vote of the Commissioners shall govern and conclusively determine such question of order. He or she shall vote on all questions, his or her name being called last. He or she shall sign all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Commissioners during his or her presence.
