§ 114.03 HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   On-sale licensed premises shall not sell, serve or allow to be consumed on the premises any alcoholic beverages, including distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., on Sunday after 2:00 a.m, on Memorial Day after 1:00 a.m., on Christmas Eve after 7:00 p.m. and any time on Christmas Day.
   (B)   Off-sale licensed premises shall not sell, offer for sale at retail or give away any alcoholic beverages, including distilled spirts, wine and malt beverages between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. on any day, and any time on Sunday, Memorial Day and Christmas Day, and on Christmas Eve after 7:00 p.m.
   (C)   Notwithstanding the provisions of division (B) above, off-sale licensed premises may sell malt beverages between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Sundays, except on Christmas Day.
   (D)   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section, any owner or operator of a restaurant that applies, qualifies and receives a light wine dealer license has the right to sell, serve and allow to be consumed on the premises covered by the license, light wines and diluted beverages containing not more than 14% alcohol by weight between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight of each day of the week, including Sunday, except it shall be unlawful at any time on Memorial Day and Christmas Day.
   (E)   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section, the city may grant a license to on-sale licensed premises to sell, serve or allow to be consumed alcoholic beverages between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on any Sunday with the serving of food from a fixed restaurant having seating.
