§ 30.18 BOARD MEETINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
   All sessions of the Commissioners shall be open to the public and it shall be the duty of the Finance Officer, or his or her representative, to attend all Commissioners meetings and keep a journal of its proceedings.
