§ 30.17 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   In the case of special meetings, the Finance Officer shall issue notices in writing, stating the time and place of holding such meeting and the matters to be considered, which shall be served upon each member of the Commissioners at least one hour before the time specified for such meeting.
