§ 112.23 EXPIRATION.

   (A)   Each license shall remain valid for a period of one calendar year from the date of issuance unless otherwise suspended or revoked. Such license maybe renewed only by making applications and payment of a fee as provided in §§ 112.20 and 112.22.

   (B)   Application for renewal should be made pursuant to the procedures set forth in § 112.20 at least 90 days before the expiration date, and when made less than 90 days before the expiration date, the expiration of the license will not be affected.
