(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business as a peddler within this city without first obtaining a permit to do so by contacting the city finance office and being placed upon the agenda for a city regular monthly meeting.
(B) Notice of three business days must be given to ensure all paperwork has been submitted and approved prior to the meeting.
