§ 90.09 LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   The term LIVESTOCK shall mean any animal which is raised for normal agricultural purposes, including, but not exclusively, hogs, cattle, sheep, horses, goats and other fowl.
   (B)   Domestic fowl of the order Galiformes in the genus of Gallus (chickens) and animals of the order Lagomorpha in the family of Lepridue (rabbits and hares) will be permitted with the following criteria.
      (1)   A maximum of six animals may be kept at any one residence or address.
      (2)   Roosters are prohibited.
      (3)   Animal facilities will be kept in a clean and sanitary fashion.
      (4)   Written permission must be granted by all property owners within 100 feet of the property where the animals will be kept and housed.
      (5)   Co-ops and other structures used for housing must be 25 feet from all neighboring structures.
      (6)   An animal permit must be approved by the City Commissioners on an annual basis.
      (7)   Permits may be revoked by the City Commissioners if the animals are declared a nuisance according to the provisions listed in § 90.06.
      (8)   The annual permit fee will be in an amount as set by the city from time to time.
