2-1-11: ETHICS:
All members of boards and commissions are subject to the ethical requirements identified in title 1, chapter 16 of this code. (Ord. 2014-11, 2-4-2014)
2-1-12: AD HOC COMMITTEES:
The president may establish ad hoc committees to undertake certain tasks during specified time periods. Ad hoc committees shall disband upon a majority vote of the board of trustees or one year after the committee was formed, whichever occurs first. (Ord. 2014-11, 2-4-2014)
