2-1-1: APPLICATION:

The provisions contained herein shall apply to all boards and commissions and the members thereof. Conflicts between these general provisions in this chapter and the provisions pertaining to specific boards and commissions set forth later in this title shall be resolved in favor of the provisions pertaining to specific boards and commissions.
