Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such 1 . (Ord. 70-15, 9-1-1970; amd. 1995 Code)
