9-7-2: RESTRICTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly possess, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, or use or explode any fireworks. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or use sparklers on public property. (Ord. 11-19, 9-20-2011)
