The officers of the Fire Department shall adopt such rules and regulations with respect to the management of the money to be paid to the Fire Department Secretary-Treasurer, provided the rules and regulations do not conflict with State Statutes, other Village ordinances, or the collective bargaining agreement concerning full time firefighter II/paramedics of the Worth Fire Department. The Secretary-Treasurer of the Fire Department shall file a copy of all rules and regulations adopted with the Fire Chief and the Village Clerk together with his certification as to the adoption and authenticity thereof. The rules and regulations of the Fire Department shall provide for regular meetings of the membership, the conduct of business at such meetings and the expenditure of the foreign fire insurance company fees.
