9-1-3: SECRETARY-TREASURER OF DEPARTMENT:
   A.   Election: Members of the Fire Department shall elect a Secretary-Treasurer of the Fire Department.
   B.   Bond: Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Secretary-Treasurer of the Fire Department shall give bond in an amount equal to the monies coming into his hands as Secretary-Treasurer to the Village. The bond shall be approved by the Village President and conditioned upon the faithful performance by the Secretary-Treasurer of his duties. (Ord. 91-4, 4-16-1991)
