8-23-5: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

Any permit granted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be subject to revocation for cause by the village, including, but not limited to, the failure to comply with this chapter or any other applicable provisions of this code. (Ord. 11-32, 12-6-2011)
