It shall be unlawful for any person or business to place or allow to be placed on their own property a donation box or paper recycling box within the village of Worth without first making application and securing a permit from the village.
An application and dimensioned site plan must be submitted for approval by the village. In the event this application is being submitted by persons other than the owner of the subject property, a letter of authorization from the property owner must also accompany the application request.
