No license shall be issued before the applicant has demonstrated compliance with all applicable provisions of the Village of Worth Municipal Code, including, without limitation, the provisions of Title 5. An applicant's compliance with Worth Municipal Code Title 5 shall not entitle the applicant to receive a license under this Chapter. (Ord. 2019-50, 9-17-2019)
