903.09 COOPERATIVE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

   The City assists the property owner, in the replacement of defective sidewalks, with a cooperative program whereby the City engages a contractor on the basis of competitive bids to get the lowest possible cost and if the property owner will contribute seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost to the City, the City will have the sidewalk replaced and pay the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of the cost. The City will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of sidewalks within the intersections. (Ord. 1986-21. Passed 6-2-86.)
