903.03 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

Application for a driveway or sidewalk permit shall be on a prescribed form and shall be accompanied by three copies of plans, sketches and descriptions sufficient to completely describe the proposed work. If it appears that the proposed work will be in conformity to Sections 903.06 and 903.07 and all other applicable ordinances and acceptable engineering and construction procedure, and upon receipt of a permit fee and performance bond as hereinafter set forth, a permit for the proposed work shall be issued.
