725.04 HOURS.

No person shall sell or offer for sale, barter or exchange, or solicit from door to door the purchase of or gift of any goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of value or money, within the City, during the period from 9:00 p.m. of any day to 9:00 a.m. of the next succeeding day, except by appointment. (Ord. 1985-32. Passed 11-18-85. )
