543.02 STORAGE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS DECLARED A NUISANCE.

   No person, being the owner, occupant or person having charge or lawful possession of the premises, shall store, park, place, permit or allow to remain used building materials, unlicensed or out-of-repair vehicles, automobile parts, scrap metal, refuse or rubbish on any lot, lots, parts or lots or parcel of land, within the corporate limits of the City, and the keeping of such materials in violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
