539.32 TRUCKS.

   (a)   Except by special permit granted by the Superintendent of the Department of Parks and Recreation, no person shall drive or operate a dual wheel truck, tractor, heavy earth moving machinery or other heavy duty vehicle, either loaded or empty, over any roadway, parkway or drive within any park. Emergency vehicles, park maintenance vehicles and transportation of people to a public park area are exceptions to the provisions of this section.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
