539.29 DRIVING A VEHICLE IN AN UNSAFE CONDITION.

(a) No person shall drive or move or knowingly permit to be driven or moved within any park any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in an unsafe condition such as may endanger any person. (Ord. 1970-40. Passed 6-15-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(Ord. 1981-15. Passed 4-6-81.)
