539.27 SPOTLIGHTS.

   (a)    No person shall use or shine a spotlight or unnecessarily or continuously shine motor vehicle headlights onto park lands, except under the direction of a law enforcement officer, park security officer or park employee, or except where necessary for the preservation of life or property.    (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
