539.26 LIGHTS ON VEHICLES.
   (a)   Every motor vehicle, horse drawn vehicle or bicycle operating upon any road or drive within any park from one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise shall be equipped with and use the following minimum lights:
      (1)    Automobiles: Two headlights on the front, one on each side of the vehicle and emitting a white light. One taillight emitting a red light positioned to the left of the center of the vehicle.
      (2)    Motorcycles and bicycles: One headlight emitting a white light, and one taillight emitting a red light.
      (3)    Horsedrawn vehicle: One headlight emitting a white light and positioned to the front, and one taillight emitting a red light and positioned to the rear of such vehicle. (Ord. 1970-40. Passed 6-15-70.)
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
