539.23 TURNING ON THE ROADWAY.

(a) No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any curve or near the crest of a grade, or if such vehicle cannot be seen within 200 feet by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from either direction. (Ord. 1970-40. Passed 6-15-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
