539.21 DRAG OR COMPETITIVE RACING.

(a) No person shall participate in a drag race or competitive racing in motor driven vehicles upon any park drive or park property. (Ord. 1970-40. Passed 6-15-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree,
