539.20 OVERTAKING AND PASSING IN HAZARDOUS ZONE.

(a) No vehicle shall overtake and pass traffic when approaching the crest of a grade, upon a curve in the roadway or where the operator's view is obstructed within such a distance as to create a hazard in the event traffic might approach from the opposite direction, or when approaching within 100 feet of or traversing any intersection.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
