539.17 SPEED LIMIT.

(a) No person shall drive, propel or cause to be driven or propelled along or over any road or driveway, any vehicle at a speed greater than fifteen miles per hour. This speed limit shall be posted at all entrances to all parks and along driveways, and is regarded as inviolate for the protection of children and other pedestrians. (Ord. 1970-40. Passed 6-15-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
