   539.16 SPINNING TIRES; DEFACING ROADS.
   (a)   No person shall intentionally accelerate a motor vehicle causing tires to spin, mark and deface roadway or parking lot surfaces.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
