539.13 SWIMMING.

(a) No person shall swim, bathe or wade in any park ponds. Persons swimming at Christmas Run Park Pool, Freedlander Pool and Knight’s Field Pool shall do so in accordance with and subject to the rules, regulations, policy and program adopted by the Commission to govern swimming activity and promote safety.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
