539.11 HUNTING, FISHING AND MOLESTING WILDLIFE.
   (a)   No person shall hunt, pursue, chase with a dog or in any other way molest any wild bird or wild animal, bird nest or animal burrow or den found within the confines of any park.
   (b)   No person between eighteen years and fifty-nine years of age may participate in the special fishing program provided by fish stocking of the ponds of City Park, Freedlander Park and Schellin Park for the benefit of youth and senior citizens unless the person between these ages is instructing a child under eighteen years of age in the art of fishing and personally possesses a valid state fishing license.
   (c)   No person participating in the special fishing program may catch or take fish by any method other than rod and line fitted with a baited hook or legal fly, streamer or spinner. No participating fisherman may catch or have in possession more than six fish in any twenty-four hour period.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
