539.09 COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, thing, privilege or service within a park or park and recreational facility without a permit from the Director.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
