539.06 CAMPING.

(a) No person shall establish or maintain any camp or temporary lodging or sleeping place within any park or park and recreation facility without a specific written permit issued by the Director. Permits for legitimate camping can be obtained from the Department of Parks and Recreation office.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
