539.05 TOILET FACILITIES.

(a) No person except a law enforcement officer on duty or park and recreation employee assigned a maintenance task shall enter a toilet room set aside for the opposite sex; young children or patients requiring nursing care only excepted.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
