539.02 LITTERING AND DUMPING.
   (a)    No person shall bring into, scatter, dump or leave behind any waste material of any kind in any park or building. The normal refuse, ashes, garbage and other material from a picnic, permitted camp or other permitted activity is excepted, if such waste material is deposited in proper receptacles made available for such disposal.
   (b)   No person shall place or permit to be placed in any pool, brook, pond or lake any noxious, deleterious or body waste material which could render park waters harmful or inimical to public health, or to animal, vegetable, or aquatic life, or which would lessen to any undesirable degree the use and enjoyment of such water for any recreational or park purpose.

   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
