521.13 INCINERATION OF WASTE MATERIAL.

(a) Disposition of waste material through incineration shall be limited to only the waste produced at the site or building in the City at which incineration is to occur.

(b) No incinerator on any site in the City shall be used to incinerate waste material brought to that site from another site, within or outside the City.

(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense.
