   521.11 NO SMOKING ON CITY BUSES.
   (a)   Smoking shall be prohibited on all City owned buses at all times during the operation of the buses.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (c)   Signs shall be posted in all buses of The Wooster Transit System notifying passengers that smoking is prohibited and is subject to a fine under Section 501. 99.
