511.08 CERTIFICATION OF CHARGES.

If any of the charges for false police or fire alarms imposed herein are not paid upon receipt of the invoice for same, or within thirty days thereafter, such charges shall be certified by the Mayor or his/her designee to the Wayne County Auditor to be included upon the tax duplicate for such property and thereafter collected in the manner provided by law.
