511.03 CHARGEABLE ALARM NOTIFICATION.

(a) The first three chargeable alarm notifications within any calendar year shall be made by the responding personnel through written notice left at or mailed to the residence or business from which the false alarm originated.

(b) Additional chargeable alarm notification subject to false alarm response payments as detailed in Section 511.99(c) shall be made by ordinary and certified mail sent to the owner or occupant of the residence or business from which the false alarm originated.
