166.01 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMPLIANCE.
   The Mayor and/or Director of Administration is authorized under the provisions of the Charter to designate an administration staff member to act as the Equal Opportunity Compliance Officer, with instructions to develop and maintain a viable affirmative action program in compliance with the latest federal, State and local guidelines on protected classes. Directors, division heads and supervisors are instructed by this section to cooperate and assist in this effort.
